Responsibilities
Build product campaign messaging, positioning, go-to-market plans and cross-channel content direction
Develop and execute omni-channel campaigns that drive engagement, feature adoption, transactions and lifetime value
Lead customer lifecycle communications across onboarding, activation, engagement and retention working with the marketing operations team
Develop, manage and optimize budgets and/or projected performance for campaigns or events as needed
Partner cross-functionally with product, creative, marketing operations and performance teams to drive business outcomes
Requirements
5+ years of marketing and/or product management experience in D2C and B2B environments, ideally in financial services, fintech or consumer-facing mobile apps
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or related field
Experience developing performance-driven omni-channel campaigns including promotion, messaging and communication strategies
Experience marketing to the U.S. Hispanic audiences with cultural fluency
Strong product marketing and lifecycle communication experience across onboarding, activation, engagement and retention
Ability to translate complex features into simple, customer-friendly value propositions
Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to tailor for various stakeholders
Proven project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
Strong analytical capabilities with data-informed decision making
Written and verbal proficiency in English and Spanish
