Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical guidance on suppliers’ products.
  • Handle technical requests from internal and external customers to deliver high-quality online support.

  • Provide strategic recommendations on technology, applications, and solutions to grow revenue and profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of working experience in a similar position.
  • Foundational knowledge of specialized disciplines, industry practices and standards, acquired via academic instruction and/or relevant work experience.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret technical specifications to develop appropriate solutions.
