Responsibilities

  • Issue boletos (bank payment slips), due-date notices and other billing-related documents;
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer-related issues;
  • Monitor and follow up on insurance policy payments with clients;
  • Identify and report potential risks of non-payment (delinquency) or contract inconsistencies;
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in collection processes and client communications.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organized, proactive and results-oriented;
  • Ability to handle sensitive customer situations professionally;
  • Previous experience in collections, finance or customer service, preferably in the insurance sector;
  • Basic understanding of insurance contracts and products.
