About the role

  • Customer service specialist managing debt negotiation via voice for telecommunication products. Identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions in São Caetano do Sul.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer contact by voice (outbound/inbound) to negotiate debts for telephony and internet products or services, offering special payment options;
  • Identify the customer's needs and provide practical, objective solutions in accordance with product and/or service procedures;
  • Use systems to record interactions and execute service operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age;
  • Minimum of a high school diploma;
  • Basic computer skills and typing ability;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Availability to complete training in a hybrid format;
  • Easy access to the Atento São Caetano do Sul facility.
