About the role

  • Director of Demand Generation at Avive Solutions managing B2B marketing campaigns. Building demand and pipeline growth across public safety and government sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Own Avive’s demand generation strategy: Translate go-to-market objectives into scalable, marketing programs across key customer segments and personas with the primary objective to build pipeline, with a big focus on driving top of funnel via Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL’s).
  • Lead and manage a team of Growth Marketing Managers: Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team responsible for executing pipeline-building programs in alignment with sales goals. Provide coaching, strategic guidance, and day-to-day support.
  • Campaign execution: Lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns leveraging email, paid social, SEM, webinars, virtual/in-person activations, direct mail, and more.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Build and scale ABM programs targeting strategic accounts across public safety, local government, K-12, higher ed, and enterprise organizations.
  • Pipeline impact: Partner with Sales to define pipeline goals, implement campaign tracking infrastructure, and optimize programs to meet MQL and revenue contribution targets.
  • Performance analytics: Analyze campaign performance data to assess impact, identify optimization opportunities, and present clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Sales alignment: Collaborate with Sales leadership and BDR teams to align on ICP, messaging, campaign follow-up, and sales enablement materials.
  • Marketing operations: Work with RevOps and Marketing Ops teams to enhance our marketing and lead generation tech stack, improve lead scoring/routing, and automate workflows.
  • Content & messaging: Partner with Product Marketing and Content to develop persona-specific messaging, compelling assets, and conversion-optimized landing pages to support top of funnel pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing with at least 4+ years focused on demand generation, growth marketing, or ABM roles.
  • Proven track record of driving qualified leads and pipeline in complex B2B environments, ideally for companies with a hardware/software combination product
  • Experience marketing to public sector or regulated industries (law enforcement, Fire/EMS, State/local government, and/or education) is highly preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with strong executional chops, you’re comfortable developing the campaign plan and running it end-to-end.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions, forecast outcomes, and optimize performance.
  • Highly collaborative and cross-functional, with experience aligning closely with sales, product marketing, and operations.
  • Proficient with marketing and sales tools such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, Pardot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and ABM platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo).
  • Clear, persuasive communicator who can align stakeholders around a vision and bring ideas to life quickly.
