Responsibilities
Liderar la configuración, ejecución y optimización de campañas digitales de pago en plataformas como Meta Ads, Google Ads y otros canales relevantes.
Diseñar, implementar y escalar campañas multicanal enfocadas en la generación de leads cualificados.
Analizar y optimizar de forma continua los KPIs clave de las campañas, maximizando la generación de oportunidades alineadas con los objetivos del negocio.
Gestionar y optimizar estratégicamente el presupuesto mensual asignado a medios digitales, garantizando la eficiencia del gasto y los resultados de adquisición.
Elaborar informes y dashboards para Management, aportando insights, análisis accionables y detección de oportunidades de mejora.
Monitorizar el rendimiento de los anuncios y liderar experimentos y tests A/B para mejorar creatividades y performance de las campañas de IMA Health.
Colaborar estrechamente con otros equipos para asegurar una ejecución efectiva y alineada de las campañas.
Requirements
Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Comunicación, Publicidad o áreas afines.
Nivel avanzado de inglés oral y escrito (excluyente).
+5 años de experiencia práctica en Paid Media (excluyente).
Experiencia previa en agencia de marketing será un plus.
Trayectoria demostrable gestionando presupuestos publicitarios de gran escala.
Profundo conocimiento y dominio de Meta Ads, Google Ads y otras plataformas relevantes de Social Paid.
