About the role

  • Campaign Manager overseeing user acquisition and performance marketing for app developers at AscendAd. Analyzing data, managing campaigns, and collaborating with clients in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deep dive into user acquisition and performance data across multiple traffic sources, with a strong focus on data analysis, insights extraction, and ROI optimization
  • Own daily campaign monitoring, analysis, and optimization
  • Work extensively with spreadsheets: breaking down data, building reports, identifying patterns, and flagging issues or opportunities
  • Quickly understand and operate the technical side of our platform, including campaign setups, tracking logic, and performance mechanics
  • Use AI tools to shorten processes, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making (analysis, reporting, optimization workflows)
  • Identify scaling opportunities, optimization gaps, and growth potential within existing accounts to meet and exceed monthly KPIs
  • Ensure smooth and accurate execution of campaigns according to client objectives and performance goals
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts end-to-end, acting as the analytical and operational backbone for clients and internal teams
  • Build trusted, data-driven relationships with clients by clearly explaining performance insights and next steps

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset – a must
  • High technical orientation, including the ability to work with complex systems, data, and tools – a must
  • Experience in performance marketing / user acquisition / campaign optimization — an advantage
  • Experience using AI tools (or strong motivation to do so)
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ownership mindset: proactive, independent, and results-driven
  • Hunter mentality when it comes to performance growth, scaling, and optimization opportunities
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and accounts simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Experience delivering data-driven, client-focused solutions
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making abilities
