Campaign Manager supporting execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns at Mondia Group. Collaborating with teams and ensuring effective campaign performance in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
Support the planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across BTL, social media, and performance channels.
Track, report, and continuously improve these campaigns.
Participate in digital and BTL marketing campaigns (programmatic, display, social media).
Contribute to campaign strategies for multiple products, focusing on acquisition and engagement.
Support always-on and seasonal campaigns.
Analyze and report campaign performance (ROI, KPIs).
Coordinate with agencies, media experts, and external partners.
Develop growth strategies with the marketing team.
Monitor new marketing technologies, platform updates, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for optimization.
Requirements
At least 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing or advertising
Experience supporting marketing campaigns from planning to execution
Knowledge of digital/BTL marketing platforms, best practices, and website analytics
Basic knowledge of website, marketing, and BI analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Mixpanel, Matomo)
Creative mindset with an understanding of target audience engagement and strategy
Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach
Good communication and teamwork skills
Excellent MS Office skills
Willingness to stay up-to-date on current trends and technologies in digital marketing
Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments is a plus
Native-level German and fluent English
