Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment and selection process for internal and external candidates, including resume screening, behavioral interviews, and assessments, following the established selection stages and deadlines to identify candidates aligned with the company’s business needs.
Post and promote job openings across the company’s communication channels.
Align regularly with the internal client (hiring manager) on the desired candidate profile, expectations, and timelines to provide a positive, agile, and organized experience.
Maintain candidate tracking spreadsheets and record interview feedback.
Update area indicators/KPIs with the goal of improving processes.
Support sourcing efforts to identify new candidate channels.
Assist candidates through the hiring/onboarding process.
Conduct monthly follow-ups with hiring managers after new hires to verify hiring effectiveness and strengthen relationships with management.
Monitor the onboarding of temporary staff with third-party providers, prioritizing high-volume needs and tracking the workflow.
Track the end dates of temporary contracts to verify conversions to permanent employment.
Keep management informed of the status of recruitment processes in your area.
Stay up to date on trends, tools, resources, and technologies in your field and develop proposals for innovation in the area.
Participate in internal and external training to enhance job-related knowledge.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
