About the role
- Executive role for Aviva managing MICE clientele and events; focusing on new client acquisition and relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for acquiring new clients for the MICE portfolio (RQ & CS)
- Contact the existing MICE portfolio database (RQ & CS)
- Responsible for generating new leads and business for MICE / Incentive and Events (RQ & CS)
- Research new segments to engage clients and generate leads
- Conduct online and in-person meetings
- Send electronic materials
- Promote the resorts to the Wedding segment
- Submit requests to the Conversion department
- Maintain and update the client portfolio
- Provide support through the company's corporate contact channels (phone, e-mail, Skype), ensuring quality service for your client portfolio
- Monitor the sales process for your client portfolio, coordinating with involved departments to achieve established targets
- Participate proactively, seeking professional development and representing the company's values in the market through positive actions
- Prepare a monthly report of actions carried out
- Submit a monthly analysis of client production in your region and propose actions to boost sales
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism or related fields
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Knowledge of the Opera system (Opera PMS)
- Knowledge of the MICE market
- Track record of market penetration across diverse segments
- Possess an existing client portfolio
- Experience managing/updating a sales pipeline
