About the role

  • Enterprise Account Executive engaging with prospects to convert them into Alan customers. Driving sales and ensuring a pleasant customer experience with a focus on the health insurance sector.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with Enterprise prospects to turn them into happy Alan customers.
  • Finding leads, understanding the needs of our Enterprise prospects, presenting our delightful product, driving sales, and managing key customer relationships until they sign the contract.
  • Understanding, embracing and applying the Alan Smart & Soft selling method.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience selling to Large/Enterprise companies
  • B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably selling to HR
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Spanish
  • Ability to create a high-touch strategy adapted to each prospect
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills
  • Humility on learning from others and on being challenged on your actions
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
  • Willing to go the extra mile
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
  • Great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team
  • Desire to learn fast and make an impact from day 1
  • Methods for challenging others to improve our product and our strategy in a constructive way
  • Interest in being involved in other projects and initiatives
