Responsibilities
Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, delivering on renewal, expansion, and new business targets.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level, GM Operations, and Digital/OT leaders.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, positioning AVEVA as a strategic partner.
Act as a platform seller, driving cross-portfolio adoption (PI System, APM, MES, AIM, CONNECT).
Identify, qualify, and progress high-value opportunities aligned to customer business priorities.
Develop and execute account plans aligned to customer transformation roadmaps.
Collaborate with Presales, Services, Customer Success, and Partners to deliver outcomes and ensure adoption.
Represent AVEVA at industry events, executive briefings, and strategic account reviews.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in enterprise sales or account management within industrial software, SaaS, or digital solutions.
Strong experience in Manufacturing, CPG, or Food & Beverage industries, with understanding of operational and business drivers.
Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals across long sales cycles.
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (C-level / GM level).
Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate ROI, value cases, and transformation outcomes.
Experience in consultative and value-based selling methodologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
