About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for the entire sales process in the Regensburg area. Developing customer relationships and managing a product portfolio for laboratory products.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the entire sales process in your territory – from initial contact to successful closing.
  • You manage your own product portfolio and build long-term customer partnerships.
  • You sell laboratory chemicals, reagents, laboratory equipment, consumables, and comprehensive services, and you are responsible for sales and customers in your territory.
  • You support existing customers, identify their needs, and continuously develop the collaboration.
  • You actively look for new customers and sales opportunities.
  • You identify potential opportunities early and implement your sales strategy in a targeted manner.

Requirements

  • A scientific or business-technical qualification
  • Some professional experience in selling products or services, ideally in a scientific or technical environment
  • Enthusiasm for sales, combined with a communicative, confident manner
  • Goal-oriented, committed and independent working style
  • Negotiation skills, strong client-acquisition ability and a pronounced customer focus
  • Excellent German and good English skills
  • Driver’s license and confident driving experience
