  • Leasing Consultant providing personalized tours and extraordinary service at AvalonBay Communities. Responsible for daily operations and ensuring luxury living experiences for residents.

Responsibilities

  • Help residents find the best place to call home
  • Customize tours to individual tastes
  • Create excitement through creative campaigns, continuous outreach, and social media
  • Provide extraordinary customer service
  • Follow-through on leads and maintain relationships
  • Availability on weekends is required

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
