Responsibilities
Develop a clear strategic roadmap for each client
Use cross-/upselling strategically and manage complex multi-channel projects
Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular reviews and transparent communication
Work closely with executive management, specialist departments and the Sales Development team
Prepare and present reports as well as decision-making documents
Actively participate in contract and terms negotiations
Build long-term partnerships with decision-makers
Represent MAI xpose360 at events and client meetings
Requirements
Several years of experience in a digital environment (e.g., online marketing, digital sales, consulting)
Strong rhetorical skills, excellent communication, and an engaging presence
Strategic thinking and a good sense for business perspectives
Enjoy proactively growing customer relationships
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
Fluent German in spoken and written form (C2 level); good English is an advantage
Independent, reliable and goal-oriented working style
