Responsibilities
Responsible for monitoring and analyzing commercial negotiation processes to ensure they comply with company standards, advising the Superintendent on actions required to optimize and maximize the use of the products offered to our clients.
Research potential sources for client contacts to initiate new proposals.
Maintain the CRM to track leads and analyze the performance of accounts.
Seek referrals from clients and from professional networks to generate new business.
Analyze clients' situations to develop a strategic action plan.
Contact clients to schedule commercial presentation meetings.
Periodically visit clients to prospect new business and support them in improving sales performance through our solutions.
Conduct market studies and analyze them in relation to the client's commercial profile.
Periodically follow up on the progress of commercial proposals with clients.
Collect client information for drafting service contracts. Prepare reports on negotiations and their progress for management and the board.
Assess clients' sales volumes to help drive expected results.
Train client teams on specific needs so they can use the system properly.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
Experience as a Commercial Manager and/or Account Manager.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Valid driver's license (category B).
Availability for field work and domestic travel.
