About the role

  • Key Account Manager managing existing customers and acquiring new ones in the Aftermarket sector. Involved in technical consulting, market expansion, and collaboration with clients on capacity planning.

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing customers and develop contacts to acquire new customers in the Aftermarket sector
  • Conduct customer and sales meetings, including technical consulting and price negotiations
  • Prepare quotations based on customers' technical specifications
  • Monitor the market, expand existing markets, develop new market areas, and participate in marketing activities, trade conferences, and exhibitions
  • Plan and align forecasts in close collaboration with customers for production capacity planning

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training, or alternatively a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position preferred
  • Business-fluent English
  • Enthusiasm for innovative topics and a strong technical affinity
