About the role

  • Retail Sales Consultant utilizing a consultative sales approach to guide customers at AT&T. Expected to meet sales targets while providing personalized customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
  • Create meaningful connections with every customer using personalized sales expertise.
  • Be a part of the community through events and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Meet sales targets and earn commissions, potential $62,460 per year if goals are exceeded.

Requirements

  • Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
  • Must be flexible and open to change to stay current with evolving tech and meet customer’s needs.
  • Consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
  • Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
