Responsibilities
Strategically lead and optimize the performance of Integrated Solutions teams within a defined territory
Drive revenue growth through effective in-home customer engagement and innovative sales tactics
Direct the development and implementation of sales strategies, short and long-term plans
Establish business objectives for each IHE territory
Ensure successful achievement of sales and customer satisfaction goals
Oversee force management, audit, and compliance reviews
Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data for informed decision-making
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
10+ years of related sales experience
