About the role

  • Director of In Home Sales overseeing Integrated Solutions teams performance while driving revenue growth. Responsible for strategic sales planning and achieving customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically lead and optimize the performance of Integrated Solutions teams within a defined territory
  • Drive revenue growth through effective in-home customer engagement and innovative sales tactics
  • Direct the development and implementation of sales strategies, short and long-term plans
  • Establish business objectives for each IHE territory
  • Ensure successful achievement of sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Oversee force management, audit, and compliance reviews
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data for informed decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
  • 10+ years of related sales experience
