About the role
- IT Governance & Communication Specialist at AT&S ensuring effective adoption of governance structures and policies across the organization. Role involves developing documentation, communication strategies, and facilitating workshops.
Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT governance frameworks, standards, and policies, ensuring clear and accessible documentation for non‑technical stakeholders
- Contribute to IT knowledge management by translating governance requirements into structured, easy‑to‑understand content
- Develop and execute communication strategies for IT initiatives, policy updates, and organizational changes, including presentations, newsletters, and stakeholder messaging
- Organize IT communication events such as global townhalls and serve as a key contact for governance‑related inquiries
- Support change management activities by creating adoption materials such as guides, FAQs, training content, and messaging for different stakeholder groups
- Facilitate governance maturity through workshops, training sessions, and readiness activities to support organization‑wide adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Several years of relevant experience in IT, communications, or change management
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks such as COBIT or ITIL, or willingness to learn and develop in this area
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into business‑friendly language
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and organizational levels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand processes, recognize improvement opportunities, and support governance maturity
