Responsibilities
- Support the control and monitoring of the IT budget (Opex and Capex), ensuring proper allocation, recording and tracking of the area's expenses and investments.
- Perform entry, verification and updating of financial information in spreadsheets, corporate systems and management tools.
- Monitor budget consumption versus planned, flagging variances, risks and opportunities for adjustment to the governance team.
- Support the budget forecasting process (forecast), data consolidation and monthly closing.
- Assist in contract and supplier management, especially regarding financial control, deadlines, contracted amounts and renewals.
- Support the opening, monitoring and validation of purchase requisitions, orders and payments, ensuring adherence to company policies and deadlines.
- Prepare management reports, indicators and basic dashboards, contributing to IT leadership decision-making.
- Ensure organization, traceability and compliance of financial information, following internal standards, governance policies and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with partner areas (Finance, Procurement, Legal and IT), supporting clarifications and data analysis.
- Contribute to process standardization, continuous improvement and automation of controls related to IT financial governance.
