About the role

  • Associate managing national and international valuation projects for real estate. Collaborating with the VRA product team and ensuring quality in reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting and managing national and international valuation projects for properties and portfolios
  • Independent project leadership from initiation to completion
  • Management of resources, budgets, risks and processes
  • Application of national and international valuation methods (RICS, IVSC, TEGoVA)
  • Preparation of valuation reports and market analyses in German and English
  • Close collaboration with the VRA product team to further develop products and data
  • Identification of cross-selling opportunities in line with OneJLL

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, Civil Engineering, or similar)
  • 3–5 years of practical experience in real estate valuation
  • Deep expertise in the European residential real estate market
  • Ability to interpret business problems and recommend best practices
  • Experience leading teams or projects
  • Very good MS Office and English skills
  • Independent working style and strong client orientation
