Responsibilities
Align closely with local hiring and recruitment managers to clarify the candidate skills needed and profiles for our job openings
As the primary point of contact for candidates from job posting to offer stage, you are charged with being the face of Atos throughout the candidate journey from start to finish
You ensure high-quality job postings to attract the most suitable candidates to open positions
You will be sourcing technical and business profiles through different sourcing channels, such as active sourcing, job boards, search platforms, social media, referrals, applications, and with the help of agencies and headhunters for specific candidate profiles
You support the business recruitment decisions through detailed knowledge and analysis of the market and competition
You are screening and pre-selecting candidate profiles, using assessment techniques, and closely aligning with business expectations and the confirmed job profile
You take good care of our job and candidate data in our recruitment tool and ensure fast and neat processing of all candidates
You support the hiring managers in the short-list and final candidate selection on request
Requirements
You have a passion for recruiting and a strong interest in the evolving talent market
You are interested in managing the end-to-end recruitment process
You have a passion for data management and working with various sourcing tools, channels, and applicant tracking systems
You are able and eager to work closely together with hiring managers and local recruitment managers
Excellent written and spoken language skills in English and Spanish (C1 level)
You demonstrate high standards of customer orientation and service, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude
You are interested in directly sourcing and engaging passive candidates
Willingness to work in an international team
