About the role

  • Technical Recruitment Associate supporting full-cycle recruitment for tech roles at Envision Employment Solutions. Seeking detail-oriented candidates eager to grow in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including software engineering, data, IT, cybersecurity, DevOps, ERP, and more.
  • Learn how to source top technical talent.
  • Conduct screenings and manage pipelines.
  • Support hiring managers while developing strong market knowledge and recruitment expertise.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other platforms.
  • Learn and apply Boolean search techniques.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
  • Conduct initial HR screenings and assess communication skills.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate data using ATS tools (Workable).
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and positive candidate experience.
  • Support offer coordination and documentation.
  • Monitor talent availability and salary benchmarks.
  • Stay informed about tech roles and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (ideally with a concentration in HR), Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience (preferred)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Familiarity with sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
  • Basic understanding of full-cycle recruiting and interview coordination.
  • Highly tech-savvy — comfortable with Microsoft 365 and tools such as Slack, Zoom, Teams, Trello, etc.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fast learner with strong problem-solving ability
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Interest in technology and technical roles
