Responsibilities
Support full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including software engineering, data, IT, cybersecurity, DevOps, ERP, and more.
Learn how to source top technical talent.
Conduct screenings and manage pipelines.
Support hiring managers while developing strong market knowledge and recruitment expertise.
Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other platforms.
Learn and apply Boolean search techniques.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
Conduct initial HR screenings and assess communication skills.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage candidate data using ATS tools (Workable).
Ensure timely follow-ups and positive candidate experience.
Support offer coordination and documentation.
Monitor talent availability and salary benchmarks.
Stay informed about tech roles and emerging technologies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (ideally with a concentration in HR), Human Resources Management or a related field.
6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience (preferred)
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Familiarity with sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
Basic understanding of full-cycle recruiting and interview coordination.
Highly tech-savvy — comfortable with Microsoft 365 and tools such as Slack, Zoom, Teams, Trello, etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fast learner with strong problem-solving ability
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a hybrid setup
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Interest in technology and technical roles
