Responsibilities
Translate emerging AI trends and technologies into actionable, high-value propositions for clients and internal operations; creating strategic level narratives that articulate the value of AI.
Conduct structured assessments of AI maturity and readiness within client organizations.
Identify key strategic and operational gaps to drive effective AI adoption and scaling.
Develop actionable AI roadmaps aligning data strategy, governance, and responsible AI principles.
Evangelize our portfolio of AI-powered solutions and go-to-market offerings aligned to key industry verticals (e.g., public sector & defence, healthcare & manufacturing, financial services and utilities).
Partner with client executives to identify and shape transformative AI opportunities that drive measurable business impact.
Support sales, bids, and account teams with thought leadership, solution design, and executive-level engagement.
Establish KPIs and performance metrics that link AI investments directly to client and business value.
Serve as the organisation’s public voice on AI—representing Atos at industry events, media, and partner ecosystems.
Promote an AI-first mindset internally, fostering innovation and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
Build and nurture relationships with leading technology providers, start-ups, and academic partners to accelerate innovation and co-creation.
Lead the development and implementation of AI governance frameworks, ensuring ethical, transparent, and compliant deployment across client solutions.
Requirements
Proven experience leading large-scale AI, data, or digital transformation programs in a global enterprise or consulting environment.
Demonstrated ability to turn AI vision into commercial success—from ideation through to scalable delivery.
Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, architectures, and emerging trends (e.g., generative AI, MLOps, edge AI).
Executive presence and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders and customers.
