About the role
- Intern supporting BMW Group's ideas management, developing the SPARK platform and AI features. Engaging in various projects including communications and idea management consultancy.
Responsibilities
- As part of our team, you support the development of the next level of BMW's ideas management, including hosting the new SPARK platform and advancing AI features.
- You also contribute to the ambassador program and collaborate with our consultants at production sites.
- Additionally, you are involved in consulting on the ideas management process and support communications campaigns related to ideas management.
- You will assist in processing ideas and driving them to completion, as well as coordinating the international network of ideas management consultants across all locations.
- Furthermore, you support current special topics such as the international integration of markets that have not yet been active in ideas management.
- The opportunity to actively shape the internship across the many facets of this topic rounds off your exciting range of tasks.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program in Business Psychology, Economics, or a comparable field of study.
- In the latter half of a Bachelor's program or enrolled in a Master's program.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Enthusiasm for new ideas and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Enjoys creating and has a creative streak.
- Business-fluent German and English.
