About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee AI implementation roadmaps, from strategy through execution (proof of concept, pilot, roll-out);
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with AI best practices and emerging business needs;
  • Collaborate with technical teams (data, infrastructure & operations, information security) and business units to ensure strategic-technical alignment;
  • Work with global IT and security areas to align strategies, standards, and technologies;
  • Measure and report results (KPIs, ROI, efficiency, business impact) of AI initiatives;
  • Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of AI usage policies aligned with global guidelines and local regulations;
  • Monitor AI trends, emerging technologies, and market practices to propose innovation and continuous improvements;
  • Lead workshops, trainings, and enablement sessions on AI concepts, ethics, governance, and cultural change for the “#AI First” movement, acting as a technical reference for internal teams;
  • Foster partnerships with startups and research centers to accelerate innovation and adoption of emerging technologies;
  • Research and recommend new technologies that add business value;
  • Conduct mentorship sessions to support AI project development, technology teams, and stakeholders for maturity diagnostics and opportunity identification;
  • Strong hands-on orientation, actively participating in practical implementation of AI solutions in addition to knowledge dissemination;
  • Ability to develop rapid prototypes (POCs) and advance them into functional solutions;
  • Implement real-world Generative AI use cases in a corporate context.

Requirements

  • University degree in IT or related fields;
  • Proficiency in English to lead and/or represent the affiliate in global projects;
  • Experience with and proficiency in technologies such as:
  • • LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, open-source models);
  • • Corporate copilots;
  • • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation);
  • • Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch;
  • Experience in Prompt Engineering applied to business contexts;
  • Experience in solution architecture; integration of AI with ERP, CRM, and BI systems.
