About the role
- AI Technology Strategy and Architecture Lead in charge of shaping AI technology for Eventim. Defining strategies and architectures for responsible AI adoption across products and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Define and develop Eventim's AI technology strategy and roadmap.
- Establish AI architecture principles and standards.
- Provide architectural and technical leadership for AI/ML solutions.
- Evaluate and lead the selection of AI technologies and platforms.
- Work closely with data, cloud, platform, and application teams.
- Identify opportunities for reuse and standardization.
- Partner with business and product stakeholders to assess AI opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong technical background, likely beginning as a software engineer or hands‑on technologist.
- Extensive experience in technology or solution architecture roles, with several years focused on AI/ML systems in production environments.
- Proven ability to shape the direction and architecture of AI technology.
- Practical experience with modern AI/ML technologies, such as LLM platforms, vector databases, and MLOps practices.
- Solid knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of data architectures, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Experience in enterprise architecture contexts without losing a delivery focus.
- Ability to connect strategy and execution.
- Clear communication skills.
