About the role

  • Web developer focusing on CRM and Customer Service solutions at atlantis dx GmbH in Hamburg. Collaborate on solutions using SugarCRM and Zendesk with technical implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Design and technical implementation of CRM and customer service solutions based on SugarCRM and Zendesk
  • Customization of web-based SugarCRM and Zendesk solutions according to customer requirements
  • Development of custom extensions and adaptations using PHP and JavaScript
  • Integration and connection of third-party systems via REST
  • Participation in customer workshops to gather and analyze requirements
  • Delivery through to go-live in coordination with our team and our customers

Requirements

  • Strong PHP skills
  • Experience with web technologies HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience working with relational database systems, especially MySQL
  • Experience with SugarCRM and/or Zendesk or comparable solutions is a plus
  • Experience with common development methodologies and versioning/deployment tools
  • Very good command of German
