Responsibilities
- Represents the project team as client liaison (account manager)
- Acts as lead interface with client and project team members
- Develops understanding of scope, expectations, requirements, deliverables, and fee structure
- Generates repeat business and develops new business opportunities
- Oversees major client programs and manages AtkinsRéalis delivery teams
- Organizes and manages staff resources to complete deliverables
- Builds commercially useful networks
- Embraces AtkinsRéalis strategies and creates operational plans
- Contributes to and implements office business plan while identifying market opportunities
- Ensures the profitable management of commercial aspects of commissions and/or projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Quantity Surveying or a related field
- ten years relevant project and team management experience
- demonstrated leadership experience on Data Center programs / market
- clear and analytical approach to problem solving
- strong decision-making abilities
- thorough understanding of Project Management, Building Design & Construction, Critical Path Method (CPM) Scheduling, Building Cost Modeling and Risk Analysis
- ability to manage multiple Project Controls assignments in parallel
- IT proficiency including Internet, Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard project management and project controls software
