Requirements

- Higher education in progress or completed is a plus.
- Be an Atento employee for at least 6 months – tenure requirements per NI-002 policy.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Competency score equal to or greater than 100 (Good Performer).
- Experience working with reports.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Proficient in Excel (intermediate level).
- Easy access to the Santana site.
