About the role

  • HR Analyst responsible for managing employee attendance and compliance with labor laws at GOL Linhas Aéreas. Ensuring accurate records and supporting various HR functions in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, control and monitor employees' electronic and/or manual time records, ensuring compliance with contractual working hours, applied schedules and internal policies;
  • Perform reconciliation, validation and monthly closing of time records, ensuring accurate calculation of hours worked, overtime, premiums, lateness, absences, compensatory time and time bank balances;
  • Handle, analyze and correct timekeeping inconsistencies based on submitted justifications, manager approvals and internal rules;
  • Advise employees and managers on rules regarding working hours, timekeeping, schedules, overtime, time off and compensatory arrangements;
  • Monitor and control different types of work schedules (fixed, shifts, rotating schedules, part-time, reduced hours, etc.), ensuring adherence to labor law and collective bargaining agreements;
  • Interface with payroll to ensure correct integration of timekeeping information for salary and payroll tax calculations;
  • Prepare, track and analyze management reports on attendance, absenteeism, overtime and work-hour indicators;
  • Support internal and external audits by providing reports, timecard extracts and evidence related to working hours;
  • Support the implementation, continuous improvement and maintenance of time and attendance control systems;
  • Act proactively to identify and mitigate labor-related risks associated with working hours.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (technical certification or degree in Administration, HR or related fields preferred);
  • Knowledge of Personnel/HR routines;
  • Knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation (CLT), particularly regarding working hours, overtime and time bank arrangements;
  • Experience with eSocial and payroll/timekeeping systems;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
  • Experience with RM Labore and Aghora is a plus;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Analytical ability and critical thinking;
  • Clear communication skills and internal customer service orientation;
  • Ability to manage deadlines and a sense of urgency;
  • Ethics, confidentiality and responsibility.
