- Conduct organizational readiness assessments and propose practical action plans
- Develop enablement, engagement, and internal communication strategies
- Engage stakeholders to monitor progress and optimize adoption based on metrics
- Apply Microsoft frameworks for value planning and success measurement.
Requirements
- Experience in AI use case engineering and workshop facilitation
- Ability to map KPIs and construct executive value narratives
- Knowledge of persona analysis and AI-optimized workflows
- Experience with Prompt Pattern Labs and AI best practices
- Proficiency with tools such as M365 Admin Center, Viva Insights, and Adoption Score
- Knowledge of AI security and responsible use, including creation of guidelines and playbooks
- Advocate for Microsoft's Responsible AI principles
- Experience in consulting, digital transformation, or change management
- Proven track record in Microsoft 365 or Copilot adoption programs
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Prosci.
