About the role

  • HR Analyst managing hiring processes for various employee types at Gol Airlines. Ensuring compliance with legal standards and internal policies in an inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct admission/onboarding processes for employees (CLT, apprentices, interns and temporary staff) in compliance with current legislation and internal policies.
  • Check, validate and control admission documentation, ensuring there are no pending issues or legal inconsistencies.
  • Register, update and maintain employee records in HR and payroll systems.
  • Monitor and control the pre-employment workflow, ensuring candidates are correctly linked to open positions and their status is updated in the systems.
  • Submit and track events to eSocial related to admissions, employment contracts and changes to employee records.
  • Support the signing of contracts, agreements and other admission documents, both physical and digital.
  • Ensure correct integration of admission information with payroll, benefits and other HR subsystems.
  • Assist employees, managers and internal teams with questions related to hiring, admission, employee records and working hours.
  • Maintain organization and control of admission dossiers, both physical and digital, ensuring traceability, confidentiality and compliance.
  • Work in partnership with Attraction & Selection, Payroll, Benefits and Compliance teams to ensure smooth and efficient hiring and personnel administration processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (technical or bachelor's degree in Administration, HR or related fields preferred);
  • Knowledge of personnel department routines;
  • Knowledge of labor legislation (CLT), especially admissions, working hours, overtime and time bank;
  • Experience with eSocial and payroll/timekeeping systems;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
  • Experience with RM Labore and Aghora systems is a differential;
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Analytical ability and critical thinking;
  • Clear communication and internal customer orientation;
  • Time management and sense of urgency;
  • Ethics, confidentiality and responsibility.
