About the role

Responsibilities
- We are seeking a professional with experience in payroll processes, including calculation of labor and social security charges, as well as payroll accounting and reconciliation (INSS, FGTS and provisions).
- Will also be responsible for recording and monitoring labor claims, and for operationalizing the compensation of social security credits via PER/DCOMP Web (e‑CAC), according to credits previously enabled by external advisory.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or a related field
- Experience in payroll calculation and labor charges
- Experience with payroll accounting, post-payroll processes and account reconciliation
- Knowledge of social security credit compensations (PER/DCOMP and DCOMP)
- Experience with recording entries for labor claims
- Knowledge of SAP — considered a plus
- Experience with the Senior system — considered a plus
