About the role

• Senior Academic Analyst managing educational processes, student support, and event organization at YDUQS. Engaging with various stakeholders to ensure successful educational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Organize, monitor, and evaluate processes related to Faculty Development;
• Support the management of the area's selection processes (forms, registrations, results consolidation, and ranking);
• Maintain communication with faculty and students regarding announcements and processes managed by the area;
• Liaise with institutional departments and partners to implement the area's initiatives;
• Support initiatives related to research, extension (community outreach), and internationalization;
• Process scholarship payments and monitor budget controls using Excel;
• Ensure the organization of the area's documents, information, and materials;
• Support event organization and the preparation of presentations (PowerPoint, Canva, and AI tools);
• Advise faculty, managers, and stakeholders on the area's processes and activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in fields related to administration, education, or health;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
• Ability to write informative emails and responses with fluency, cohesion, professionalism, and courtesy;
• Proficiency with digital tools and artificial intelligence, especially Canvas, Mentimeter, and Miro;
• Skill in creating and monitoring online forms.
