Responsibilities
Organize, monitor, and evaluate processes related to Faculty Development;
Support the management of the area's selection processes (forms, registrations, results consolidation, and ranking);
Maintain communication with faculty and students regarding announcements and processes managed by the area;
Liaise with institutional departments and partners to implement the area's initiatives;
Support initiatives related to research, extension (community outreach), and internationalization;
Process scholarship payments and monitor budget controls using Excel;
Ensure the organization of the area's documents, information, and materials;
Support event organization and the preparation of presentations (PowerPoint, Canva, and AI tools);
Advise faculty, managers, and stakeholders on the area's processes and activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in fields related to administration, education, or health;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
Ability to write informative emails and responses with fluency, cohesion, professionalism, and courtesy;
Proficiency with digital tools and artificial intelligence, especially Canvas, Mentimeter, and Miro;
Skill in creating and monitoring online forms.
