Responsibilities
**Diagnosis and Structuring**
Map the current Training structure, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Gather requirements from partner areas.
Propose and structure learning paths and training programs.
Review content and curricula to ensure clarity and alignment with the target audience.
**Instructional Design and Development**
Lead end-to-end instructional design (objectives, methodology, assessment, and materials).
Apply principles of andragogy and active methodologies (microlearning, gamification, case studies, simulations).
Create and review instructional materials, ensuring visual and pedagogical standardization.
**Continuous Improvement**
Monitor results and feedback to evolve training programs.
Research trends in corporate learning and propose continuous improvements.
Requirements
**Essential:**
Completed higher education and record updated in Pessoas Online.
Employees with any type of movement should consult the movement table in Normative – NI-002 and verify eligible positions.
Time to Talk score of "Good" or higher.
Advanced English.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Videoscribe and Articulate 360.
Experience in large-scale implementations (onsite and remote).
Conflict management and leadership.
Knowledge of performance indicators and PDCA.
Excellent communication, consulting, influencing and interpersonal skills.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Analytical profile / strong analytical skills.
