Responsibilities
Deliver engaging site inductions and mandatory training
Coach and develop new starters and existing colleagues
Identify training needs through observation and collaboration with team leaders
Design and deliver locally run training programmes using blended learning approaches
Maintain accurate training records and ensure colleague competence
Requirements
Proven experience working within an operational warehouse environment, in multiple functions such as inbound, outbound and returns
Demonstrable experience delivering training or coaching within a fast-paced operation
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple activities
A flexible, people-focused approach and willingness to gain relevant trainer qualifications such as IOSH
