About the role

  • Learning & Development Coach responsible for training and development in warehouse operations. Engaging training programs and coaching for operational performance and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging site inductions and mandatory training
  • Coach and develop new starters and existing colleagues
  • Identify training needs through observation and collaboration with team leaders
  • Design and deliver locally run training programmes using blended learning approaches
  • Maintain accurate training records and ensure colleague competence

Requirements

  • Proven experience working within an operational warehouse environment, in multiple functions such as inbound, outbound and returns
  • Demonstrable experience delivering training or coaching within a fast-paced operation
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple activities
  • A flexible, people-focused approach and willingness to gain relevant trainer qualifications such as IOSH
