Requirements
- Proven experience working within an operational warehouse environment, in multiple functions such as inbound, outbound and returns
- Demonstrable experience delivering training or coaching within a fast-paced operation
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple activities
- A flexible, people-focused approach and willingness to gain relevant trainer qualifications such as IOSH
