Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Represent Alexion’s neurology portfolio
  • Achieve or exceed territory goals through patient-focused engagement
  • Develop strategic account plans based on market insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Educate providers on disease awareness and treatment options
  • Navigate complex hospital systems to reach key partners
  • Track and report sales activities accurately and on time

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales
  • Proven track record of delivering consistent sales results
  • Experience building relationships with physicians treating neuromuscular disorders
  • Success in educating physicians about complex diseases
  • Ability to handle territory budget and adhere to code of ethics and compliance
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the territory
