Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business collaborators and lead a team of Process Mining Consultants to complete end-to-end projects that deliver tangible value
- Translate business requirements into data/process models using process mining techniques
- Identify necessary data sources and support your team with data extractions, transformations (ETL), and visualizations to deliver insights
- Develop automated workflows to enable proactive process interventions
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable degree
- At least 3 years’ experience working on Process Mining or Process Data & Analytics projects
- At least 1 year experience in a managerial position focusing on project management and/or managing analytical teams
- Fluency with relational databases using SQL queries on large datasets
- Experience in producing visualisations to communicate process data effectively in data visualisation tools (Celonis/Tableau/Power BI or similar)
- Hands-on experience in a Process Mining Tool (Celonis, UiPath, QPR, Minit, Signavio etc.)
- Knowledge of at least 1 functional area processes (Finance, HR, R&D, Operations etc.) and related Source System datasets is nice to have
- Python programming skills are appreciated but not required
- Fluent in business English
