Responsibilities
Provide support to employees for IT requests and incidents, and conduct training to ensure efficient use of IT systems
Deliver first- and second-level support for hardware and software issues
Client support / user assistance: manage, support and assist users with IT-related questions
Administer IT systems and networks, including installation, configuration, maintenance and security updates
Participate in IT projects and the implementation of new technologies to continuously improve our IT infrastructure
Requirements
Completed vocational training in IT or an equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in IT support is an advantage
Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
Experience with network technologies and protocols
Good written and spoken English skills
