Oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions.
Recommend modernization options, identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of experience
Experience in NetIQ, Novell eDirectory, Apache Directory Studio, LDAP, Active Directory, and Office 365 services.
Proven experience managing Identity and Access Management processes, including account provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access control.
In-depth understanding of directory services, authentication protocols, and IAM best practices.
Experience with incident response and troubleshooting within IAM systems.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and Azure Active Directory is a plus.
Relevant certifications in IAM or directory services (e.g., NetIQ Certified, Microsoft Certified in Active Directory) are a plus.
Experience working in IDM.
