Responsibilities
Own Nordic industrial growth by analyzing sub-segments and defining go-to-market plans
Partner with St1 through joint account planning and lead sharing
Develop solutions across on-grid and off-grid concepts
Structure complex, long-cycle deals
Negotiate and close contracts from first contact to signature
Track market & policy signals to identify emerging opportunities
Requirements
5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
Proven success with complex, multi-stakeholder, long-cycle sales
Technical comfort with an engineering degree as a plus
Understanding of industrial decarbonization
Experience working through partners/channels
Fluency in English and Swedish; other Nordic languages or German are a plus
