About the role

  • Sales Lead driving B2B industrial growth for St1 Biokraft in the Nordics. Analyzing markets and developing solutions to enhance long-term industrial customer value.

Responsibilities

  • Own Nordic industrial growth by analyzing sub-segments and defining go-to-market plans
  • Partner with St1 through joint account planning and lead sharing
  • Develop solutions across on-grid and off-grid concepts
  • Structure complex, long-cycle deals
  • Negotiate and close contracts from first contact to signature
  • Track market & policy signals to identify emerging opportunities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Proven success with complex, multi-stakeholder, long-cycle sales
  • Technical comfort with an engineering degree as a plus
  • Understanding of industrial decarbonization
  • Experience working through partners/channels
  • Fluency in English and Swedish; other Nordic languages or German are a plus
