About the role

  • Sales & Success Enablement Manager optimizing onboarding for sales teams at Assembled, a leading customer support SaaS platform. Collaborating on enablement materials and processes for GTM success.

Responsibilities

  • Design and continuously optimize a scalable onboarding program for Sales and Customer Success
  • Drive faster time-to-productivity by equipping new hires with a deep understanding of the product
  • Build and maintain a centralized enablement hub for Sales and Customer Success
  • Work with cross-functional teams to translate new features into role-specific, customer-ready enablement
  • Ensure enablement content supports multiple GTM motions

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or customer success roles
  • Strong knowledge of onboarding and training practices
  • Ability to create engaging training materials
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with SaaS products and customer relations.
