Responsibilities
Proactively contacting customers, initiating the sales process and negotiating orders.
Account development, customer recovery and new customer acquisition.
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, with a focus on customer satisfaction and company objectives.
Strategic orientation, building and maintaining long-term, sustainable customer relationships in line with company guidelines.
Competent, solution-oriented advising of our demanding customers.
Commercial, technical and scheduling clarification of quotes and orders.
Researching, preparing and participating in sales/service tenders.
Independently preparing quotations and following up on offers until order placement.
Selling complete door systems to our existing end customers.
Close collaboration with internal sales.
Requirements
Completed commercial or technical training with advanced business knowledge.
German: business fluent (negotiation level); good English skills, both written and spoken.
Strong technical affinity and commercial understanding.
Professional experience and knowledge in field service: in-depth understanding of customer requirements in building technology or comparable industries.
Strong communication skills to interact with customers and service providers.
Excellent MS Office skills; experience working with ERP systems and related tools.
High self-motivation, flexibility and reliability.
Industry experience is an advantage, preferably from construction/site assembly and installation.
Willingness to adapt to varying requirements and priorities.
