About the role

  • Sales Specialist for automatic door solutions focusing on customer acquisition and relationship management. Engaging with clients to deliver effective door system solutions within Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively contacting customers, initiating the sales process and negotiating orders.
  • Account development, customer recovery and new customer acquisition.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, with a focus on customer satisfaction and company objectives.
  • Strategic orientation, building and maintaining long-term, sustainable customer relationships in line with company guidelines.
  • Competent, solution-oriented advising of our demanding customers.
  • Commercial, technical and scheduling clarification of quotes and orders.
  • Researching, preparing and participating in sales/service tenders.
  • Independently preparing quotations and following up on offers until order placement.
  • Selling complete door systems to our existing end customers.
  • Close collaboration with internal sales.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical training with advanced business knowledge.
  • German: business fluent (negotiation level); good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong technical affinity and commercial understanding.
  • Professional experience and knowledge in field service: in-depth understanding of customer requirements in building technology or comparable industries.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with customers and service providers.
  • Excellent MS Office skills; experience working with ERP systems and related tools.
  • High self-motivation, flexibility and reliability.
  • Industry experience is an advantage, preferably from construction/site assembly and installation.
  • Willingness to adapt to varying requirements and priorities.
