About the role

  • Indoor Sales Support managing order flow for distributors and resellers at ASSA ABLOY. Coordinating with customers and stakeholders to ensure smooth deliveries in international markets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end order handling in the ERP system, including confirmations and invoicing
  • Calculate pricing for large‑scale export projects and complex door system configurations
  • Coordinate closely with the production unit in the Czech Republic to secure accurate planning and on‑time deliveries
  • Handle export documentation and ensure compliance with customs and export control requirements
  • Maintain and improve internal systems and the web shop, including price updates and product master data

Requirements

  • Experience managing B2B order flows, including quotes, orders, documentation, and ERP‑based order handling
  • Solid understanding of export procedures, customs regulations, and international delivery requirements
  • Fluent in Swedish with strong daily communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Confident working in ERP systems (preferably Baan) and skilled in standard Microsoft Office applications; experience with web shop platforms is an advantage
  • Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders such as production, freight forwarders, and sales teams in an international environment
