Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across e-commerce platforms, social media, and online advertising.
Plan and implement marketing campaigns and product promotions to increase traffic, visibility, and sales.
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to boost engagement and brand awareness.
Create, publish, and optimize content aligned with the company’s values, sustainability goals, and brand tone.
Generate and qualify leads through digital campaigns, website forms, and social media activities, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) and report actionable insights.
Support brand positioning and ensure consistency of visual identity and communication across all channels.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to strengthen the company’s online presence within the construction industry.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or social media management (experience in the construction or building materials industry will be an advantage).
Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, CRM systems, and web analytics platforms.
Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and lead generation strategies.
Analytical mindset combined with creativity and a proactive attitude.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
