Champion the ASPCA’s Learning Management System, collaborate with leadership to shape career development pathways, and ensure every team member has the opportunity to do their best work.
Lead training initiatives from inception to implementation and drive change with expert project leadership skills.
Requirements
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
Minimum five years’ experience training staff in a professional environment required
Minimum five years’ experience presenting to an in-person audience in a group/workshop setting required; ability to be proficient in presenting virtually also required
Minimum three years' experience developing and designing professional onboarding or training materials required
Demonstrated experience of applying instructional design methodologies required
Experience in developing e-learning experiences using platforms such as Articulate or Rise required
Demonstrated experience training in a fast-paced human or veterinary medicine environment strongly preferred
A combination of experience in the following areas strongly preferred: train the trainer; consulting; organizational design; program management; systems design and implementation; mentoring, coaching and talent management; leadership/staff development and/or career pathing
Project management skills and experience strongly preferred
Experience in change leadership strongly preferred
Experience managing or mentoring staff required
