About the role

Responsibilities
- Moderate Legendz community channels (primarily Discord and Telegram) during assigned shifts
- Identify, remove, and escalate scams, phishing attempts, impersonation, and malicious activity
- Enforce community guidelines consistently and fairly
- Respond to basic product and gameplay questions, directing users to official resources
- Monitor conversations to identify emerging risks, sentiment trends, or recurring issues and escalate them to the Community Manager
Requirements
