Responsibilities
Own The Role: Lead a high-performing Sales team focused on Cyber Compliance
Drive new customer acquisition, expansion, and company revenue growth
Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals
Drive the sales team with effective communication and high-value coaching
Implement proven sales methodology and systems to support consistent growth
Help drive a corporate culture balancing achievement with a positive work environment
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews
Act as the executive liaison to sales leadership at partner companies
Collaborate with internal groups (marketing, Professional Services, Business Operations)
Requirements
10+ years sales and 5+ years of technology sales leadership required
Leadership over a direct sales team (this is not a channel or distribution role)
Prior software sales leadership in the software, professional services / consulting, or Managed Services markets
Leading B2B sales teams across both enterprise and middle-market customers
Background in Security Operations, MSSP, IT operations, and/or cyber compliance or GRC strongly preferred
Track record of exemplary performance and sustained year-over-year sales growth is a must
Understanding of solution selling or a consultative sales methodology
